 I mentioned to my hubby that I saw on Pinterest a bread that you bake in a dutch oven and his ears perked right up.

It's canning season again.

We love it.  Last Saturday my hubby and the rest of the clan (give or take) helped bottle elderberry jelly, plum/elderberry jelly and peaches.  (Tomatoes are on deck).

It was a fun family work time.

Who knew making mozzarella cheese was so simple!?

Ok, maybe my husband should ask that question....because he made this.
