Do you remember the project spray paint fail?  

The bleeding through?

The pinkish hue?

I do.

I had to fix it.

This is what it started out as. Remember?

Then the paint fail...

I took walnut stain and toweled it on the raised parts...

Then I painted over it again with white gloss paint.

Then I lightly applied some more stain until I achieved this.

I still don't know what to do with it, but I love it.

It could double as a magnet board, I could stencil something in the middle, I could put a mirror in the middle, I could leave it alone, I could put a photo in the middle...

The possibilities are almost endless.

What do you think I should do?

If you have any ideas, do tell, I'm totally open to feedback.
