soap opera ~ homemade laundry soap

I'm on my soap box today...

 

...about homemade laundry soap.

This is quite possibly the simplest thing to make. Ever.

I think it took 3.2 minutes total.  Including pictures taken.  Maybe 3.5.

The recipe is simple.

RECIPE:

1 bar grated/shaven laundry soap bar (some use Dove, PalmOlive etc.)

1 cup Borax Laundry Booster
1 cup Arm and Hammer Washing Soda (NOT baking soda)


The recipe says to grate the soap bar so I put mine in my food processor and it took 15-20 seconds. 

Beautiful.

Combine the ingredients and there you have it.  Simple, simple, simple.


This costs literally pennies a load.
